Andy Friess

Andy Friess, a 4-sport letter winner, earned a total of 13 letters between 1989 and 1992: 3 in football, 3 in track, 3 in basketball, and 4 in baseball, Andy's main sport was baseball. Andy, the teams catcher, was honored as Offensive MVP in 1989, 1990, 1991, and 1992: All-District First Team in 1992; and All-State Player Second Team in 1992.

Hits (136), RBI (97), Doubles (28, third in school history), Triples (8, tied for first in school history ), HR (11, second in school history), Total Bases (213), BB (104), Hit Safely (80 games , second in school history)Put outs by Catcher (579), Assist (100), Games Played (116, second in school history), OB Percentage (.559), Slugging Percentage (.632), Fielding Average (.963), and Batting Average (.423).

After high school, Andy received a 4-year baseball scholarship at St. Xavier University in Chicago. After college, Andy played with the Green Bay Sultans- Independent Pro League.
