Cedarburg High School has partnered with the Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin to provide athletic training and sports medicine services for the student athletes attending CHS. These services include treatment and rehabilitation of athletic injuries, emergency care, event coverage, injury prevention programs, ImPACT pre and post concussion testing, and education for athletes, coaches, and parents. The athletic training room is staffed daily during each sports season from at least 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm as well as coverage for every Varsity sporting event.

Carly Teeters is the athletic trainer at Cedarburg High School.  Carly is a Milwaukee area native and a graduate of Germantown High School. She attended West Virginia University where she received a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training and a minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology in 2014. In 2016 she earned Master's degree in Applied Exercise Science at Concordia University of Wisconsin and held a graduate assistant certified athletic trainer position working with the Men's and Women's Track and Field teams and Men's Golf.

Athletic Training Student

Katy Mueller is the athletic training student at Cedarburg High School for the 2018/2019 school year. Katy is originally from Peculiar, MO - just north of Kansas City.  She is in her final year at Concordia University Wisconsin and will be graduating with her Bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine and a Master's Degree in Athletic Training.  Katy was most recently the head athletic training student for the CUW Women's Soccer team in the fall, CUW Softball team in the Spring, and the first athletic training student for the Milwaukee Fire Department.  Katy also completed a summer internship with the Milwaukee Fire Department and assisted in the creation of a heat safety protocol for the department and it's members.  Upon graduation in May 2019, Katy is looking forward to continuing her career as an athletic trainer in a high school or in the public safety settings.
